Warford Creek Alpacas is located in the beautiful rolling hills of historic Hunterdon County, New Jersey. We are easily located between Philadelphia and New York City. Warford Creek is just minutes from historic areas, such as Washington’s Crossing along the scenic Delaware River and Philadelphia’s Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.

Our farm is family run, and owned by Paul and Deborah Hoff. Celebrate with us of 10 years in the alpaca business! It has been a labor of love for us. We offer thirty plus years of livestock experience, breeding, sales and marketing.

Deborah began with her love for Arabian horses, she had a passion for breeding, training and caring for these beautiful animals. Through her many years of breeding horses she developed an extensive knowledge for genetics and breeding theories. After thirty plus years in the equine industry, Deborah quietly began looking for a new livestock venture.

Paul’s journey began with the love of Deborah, and all it entailed, cats, dogs, horses and more horses. Paul brings to the farm his many years of experience in Management, Sales and Marketing. Paul oversees the day-to-day management of the farm! A city boy, Paul quickly adapted to country living and the love of nature, livestock and ragweed!

Our search for an alternative livestock, led us to discover the endearing qualities of alpacas.

Our alpacas have become a new way of life for us. If someone had told us, years ago that we would be breeding alpacas, I wouldn’t have believed them. I would have never thought our first farm visit would change our lives so dramatically! Now, several years later, I’m still convinced ‘The Alpaca Lifestyle’ was the right choice for us!

Warford Creek is committed to raise genetically superior, high quality alpacas that produce high volumes of quality fleece and weight. We use high quality impact males in our breeding program that have been progeny-tested. These sires and their offspring will assure the continual improvement of the genetic potency of our herd, and will continually improve.
