Our alpaca breeding farm is located in southwest Idaho and is home to 41 genetic treasures which are entrusted to us. The function of Treasure Valley Alpacas is to produce seed stock for commercial breeders and raisers. A knowledge of selection, breeding, feeding and management as well as the showing of alpacas are essential for success.

Treasure Valley Alpacas exists today by helping others achieve their personal goals and dreams. We believe our client success in raising livestock and marketing those alpacas greatly depends on a solid proven genetic program with proven results.

Treasure Valley Alpacas is a family business and has been established twenty miles outside of Boise, Idaho for the past ten years. Our family encompasses Brian and his lovely wife Terri, eldest daughter Sara, husband Alan, three grandchildren, our youngest daughter Crystal and son Neil who plays an active role in the caring, breeding and the marketing of our herd. Terri and Brian have always had a passion for animal husbandry. Our history has showcased experience in the raising and showing of various livestock at county fairs and events. Swine, sheep, horses and steers to mention a few.

Treasure Valley Alpacas is committed to providing the industry with extraordinary genetic improvement in alpaca fleece characteristics and phenotype.
Participation in alpaca shows and events is essential in rating a breeding program according to show ring standards.

Treasure Valley Alpacas breeding program of selective genetic improvement practices has been rated in level four and five in shows around the country, producing champions and many ribbons.
Alpacas of every color with density, crimp and long lasting fineness bred into each cria on our farm. (average micron 14 to 17 from 1 year to several years of age!)
We attend seminars and events to further grow in our knowledge of farm management practices and to keep on top of the expanding market fluctuations.
The alpaca business is a highly competitive field which for success requires the development of skill in all phases of alpaca raising and business ability.
