Gorgeous fiber, insurable investment opportunities, and a love of animals made starting our alpaca business an easy choice!

Clear Sky Alpacas LLC is located in Central Michigan. We raise both Huacaya and Suri alpacas for their fiber. Our herd has been chosen with care - wanting to combine great conformation with genetic lines that produce fantastic fiber, sound temperament, and healthy cria (baby alpaca).

Fiber from our alpaca can be purchased through our Etsy store or here at our farm. We provide raw fiber, hand dyed and natural roving that we drum card ourselves or have processed by Zielinger's in Frankenmuth, MI, yarn, and finished products.

We also sell our alpaca, bringing new genetic lines to already established farms and great foundation animals to those just starting their own alpaca business. We invite you to call and schedule an appointment to visit our farm, visit with our alpaca, and learn more about how alpaca can make wonderful life changes for you and your family.

Additional services offered here at Clear Sky Alpacas LLC include agisting (boarding) animals and showing.

In addition to our alpaca, we have also raised and shown Papillons for a number of years. Our wonderful "butterfly" dogs have earned AKC and UKC Champion conformation titles, AKC and CPE agility titles, and Yahtzee is a registered therapy dog! These friendly companion dogs have given us a solid background in researching genetics and an eye for good conformation. We do limited breeding and on occasion have a Papillon available for that special home.
