Lil' Patch of Heaven is a perfect description of our perfect six acres of wooded forest and green meadow pastures on beautiful Cape Cod where we and our small but growing herd 35 huacaya Alpacas , with more on the way,live year round .

We have some of the finest bloodlines in our herd ...Royal Fawn , Pachacuti, Caligula , Peruvian Hemingway , Peruvian Legacy , Peruvian 007, Peruvian Inca, Silvio, Fire-n-Ice , Bolivian Black Thunder , Peruvian Tardis, Gullermo , Peruvian Lancaster, Black Cloud Boy, The Silversmith, Codi's Accoyo Royal Dinero, Peruvian Macusani and more...

We began our adventure when a good friend told us... then showed us her Alpacas and it was love at first sight!.... here then goes the rest of our Alpaca story.
Well.... let me tell you
something marvelous happened that day! Let me just let you in to secret love of mine I have been an avid horse lover my entire life. Some would say "horse crazy ! ". Ok, so I never thought that there was any animal more beautiful and more captivating then a horse, when all of a sudden my heart was lost to a small doe-eyed fuzzy creature with a heart of gold! No small thing !!
Well, I also learned that breeding Alpacas is also profitable and that's when Alpacas peaked my husbands interest ! My man has a practical side to his nature as well as being an animal lover and when we heard all the info on how a enjoyable profitable lifestyle can be had with Alpacas we began our journey to find out more.
We found out that a relaxing enjoyable lifestyle that can be had by anyone who wants to simplify their lives and get out of the everyday working rat race and make a lucrative living at the same time. We did not hesitate!
Here then ,begins our adventure and i have not looked back since!

Like many farms we have set a goal. Our goal is not simple but it is very important to the future of the Alpaca. Our goal is to restore the Alpaca to its pre-Columbian greatness , the original Alpaca a true relative of the Vicuna.
To do this our goal is set on breeding for fineness of fleece with amazing brightness and luster which would be comparative to the Suri fiber.
The Alpaca/Vicuna has a more compact smaller frame, a smaller ,shorter muzzle with a top knot that starts below the eyebrows and extends way over the head with great coverage. The fleece will be dense and heavy with a much longer staple length then the Vicuna but will retain the fineness that is truly the Incan Alpaca of Royalty.
We are breeding for overall correct healthy conformation and sweet attitudes. We love and respect our Alpacas and are committed to their excellent survival as a true species.

Like many Alpaca breeders we have all wondered where the Alpaca fleece industry will lead. We are still in the early beginning stages and with lots of room to grow.
We understand that white fleece will be in demand for the big industries but we would also like to see it go in the direction of the many natural colors that Alpacas provide . Our farm will strive to promote this effort and hopefully we will achieve these desires for something worth doing is worth doing well !

We also breed multi colored Alpacas. For me , personally, they are fine living works of art grazing in our pastures and an absolute pleasure to watch and enjoy . I will always strive to breed the finest pintos and appaloosas with the same focus on fine fleece and perfect conformation. The pattern is purely by heavenly design!
So no matter what color you are looking for including luscious most unique patterns we will have it in abundance and the quality will be amazing!

Oh , and if you are looking for BIG LOVE in a small package , we also breed and raise AKC Silky Terriers and sometimes have puppies from beautiful championship lineages.
I have also discovered that cute little Silkies make great herding dogs and love to assist me in getting the herd going where i want them to go ! They work as a team and are so much fun to watch ! Amazing little dogs !
All puppies are 950.00 and come with pedigrees , shots , health records and socialization with children and animals all shapes and sizes.
