Peruvian Madelyn is 3/4 Accoyo, part Alianza, brown girl with black points. She has been rebred to Accoyo Stratosphere which last time created a black female cria.
Maddy is a 3 time blue ribbon winner, and bred to fawn Accoyo Stratosphere! We are hoping for another black 7/8 Accoyo female, C'mon Maddy!
How many 3/4 accoyo Full Peruvians have you seen that are brown with black points? Bred to fawn Accoyo Stratosphere (who covers black), who knows what color might pop with 7/8 Accoyo this time.
Madelyn was shorn at 10 months of age, and sheared 8.5 pounds of cria blanket fleece! Maddy is a big girl tipping the scales at 200+lbs at age 3.
Madelyn has a full brother, Express's Accoyo Greyback,and he's 3/4 accoyo and dark rose grey! He is extremely rare, and Madelyn could produce those same colors since they are full siblings.
On 9-23-06, International Judge Julio Sumar gave Madelyn a blue out of 12 in the class of light, medium and dark browns. He couldn't say enough good things about her fleece, her perfect conformation, and how she had the genetics for future breeding programs. There were 15 browns in all classes, so one short of a color championship.
