This stunning little girl arrived the day after we watched a spider spin a beautiful web in the doorway of the barn - and so she became Charlotte. Though the spider did not weave "Some Alpaca" in the web, with Charlotte's lineage we wouldn't be surprised to see it.

Charlotte's sire, PVA Oxford, has impeccable lineage from two of the most successful colored suri lines in North America (he shares the same dam as Mahogany Prince, who sold for a record $325,000).

Charlotte's dam, Firefly is a rich maroon color (out of a black and a fawn), and has a calm, gentle disposition. She has delivered her crias unassisted and within a 7 day window (making cria watch shorter). She is a very alert, caring mother.

Charlotte has fine, silky, lustrous fiber and long, straight legs like her mother. She has a classic suri head, with a wedge-shaped muzzle and thick topknot. Her density and loosely twisted lock structure reflect her sire. She is a real beauty.

Charlotte is currently in Vermont to be bred - once a pregnancy is confirmed her price will increase.
