Tuck arrived at 340 days and a full 19 pounds. He looks remarkably like his dam, Rosita, with vicuna-like coloring and a white splash on his forehead. He also has white "leg warmers" on both front legs. His fiber is fine, slick, and shiny, with lots of character.

Tuck is curious and friendly, and a joy to have in the paddock.

Tuck's sire, The Colonel, took a blue ribbon at the North American Alpaca Show and at the Central NY Classic. He is known for passing his excellent lock structure and luster to his cria.

Rosita, Tuck's dam, has silky, fine fiber, with a wonderful hand. (AFD of 27, with SD 4.9 and CV 18.2 at age 7).

We are looking forward to the day that Tuck will be able to join the ranks of "herdsire".
