We'd had a run of boys the year Muah Dib was born so when I looked to see what this cria was when it hit the ground, it was "Not another boy!" When everything dried, and Mom and cria were up and moving around I got a better look at him. The "Not another boy" comment was replaced with "He's absolutely incredible, and he is not for sale." I have never seen an animal with color with so much definition of lock at 2 days. He's proud, straight, and a bit aloof. He reminds me of his dam-always taking everything in, but not the friendliest. I even put off putting his pictures on the website just waiting to see if he was going to change.His locks still look like they should be on a white animal. We think he is a pretty impressive male.We sheered everyone last May to keep them all cool and let them grown up. He has done well. He was a bit of a "bucket dipper" last summer when it was so hot but it didn't take anything away from his blanket. He did really well in the 2007 show season, placing each time he was shown. In 2008 he is going to the following shows; MOPACA, Indiana, The Futurity and the Buckeye. His first cria will hit the ground this fall. We are sooo excited!
