Maya is a very nice production & fiber producing female. She has birthed 3 cria, 1 male and 2 females. So far the color of the Sire is the color she throws. There are pictures of her and her cria to the left. Her first cria Romeo has done very well in the show circuit and he is already breeding and has settled his first girls. (You can visit him on or listings). Maya has a very nice handle to her fleece, her conformation is right on and she has good bone. Her build is perfect for production.

Maya is an easy one to breed. It now only takes one time and birthing is a breeze also. She will let you know when it is time to deliver and it doesn't take long for her to do the job. She is a very protective Dam and has always had good milk and a lot of it.


We had Maya's fleece from this year spun into yarn and it is extremely soft and we are very pleased with the results as she is 4.5 years old and a production female. She has passed on these traits to her cria as Romeo's raw fleece and yarn is hard to keep in stock and Myty's yarn is the same.

Maya had a "Fantabulous" female cria sired by Incan Dark Cloud and we are thrilled with the outcome. Her Photo's are to the left.

Maya also comes with a breeding to any Stud solely owned by Humming Angels Alpacas.
