Chablis is a big boned Accoyo girl with fine fleece(20 micron) She is dense,with nice bone structure and an exceptional 8" staple length when stretching the crimp flat. You can see from her crimp picture, she has nice crimp, too.
Her first cria is very bright, very dense,and very crimpy, and very SOLD!
Chablis has some great bloodline which include Vengador and Shere Kahn. Legend says Kahn was the best Don Julio herdsire of all time! Chablis dam ,was concieved during the 98 Canadian import.
