UPDATE: Cinnamon's Nexxus son SunDevil has had his first five cria....4 girls, 1 boy, 2 gray and 3 maroon! We are thrilled with the colors and quality and so excited about this generation out of the Cinnamon/Miss Lilac line crossed with Nexxus! See SunDevil's herdsire page to see pics of all 3 of his Wool & Gray daughters!
4/10/11 - Cinnamon's son WGA SunDevil by Nexxus wins his SECOND - COLOR CHAMPIONSHIP at 29 mos of age and breeding(!) at ABC show 2011 by Judge Babs Manion! See SunDevil at his next show in York PA at the PA Breeder's Showcase (PAOBA) May 6th & 7th, 2011 with his new owner Dr. Carl Troop of Spring Garden Alpaca Ranch!
UPDATE: Cinnamon's 2008 Nexxus son, WGA SunDevil by Nexxus, wins 2nd @ Mapaca 2010 and 1st & Color Champion at ABC 2010. SunDevil is now owned by Spring Garden Alpaca Ranch. Many thanks to Carl Troop on his confidence in our breeding program and we wish him many healthy, champion winning cria!
Cinnamon is a gorgeous rose gray girl with a micron of 17.9 for her yearling fleece (and 21.2 for her two-yr old fleece)! Cinnamon is the daughter of the late Miss Lilac from whom Cinnamon got her incredibly fine fleece. Lilac's micron at 15 years of age was 23.7...which is still in the Superfine category according to the scale the Alpaca Fiber Co-op of America (AFCNA of America's Alpaca) uses!
Cinnamon has good conformation and is easy to work with. Cinnamon has been a central part of our breeding program ... incredibly fine fleece with good retainable fiber characteristics, especially fineness longevity as well as good conformation and reliable production. Cinnamon's first cria was a gorgeous dark silver gray male out of My Peruvian Scene Seeker. Her second cria, WGA Cinnamon Spice, also out of My Peruvian Scene Seeker, is a gorgeous rose gray female now owned by Mary Lynne's Alpacas. Silver Seeker's fleece was an incredible 16.1 micron for 2006 in silver gray..astounding! Silver Seeker is now owned by our friends at Desai Farms in Tewksbury where he continues to produce exceptionally fine fleece for them.
This is a rare opportunity to purchase one of the famous Lilac line daughters. Cinnamon is a very rare brilliant rose gray color. When her fiber is spun into yarn it actually comes out a lovely lavender color and is the first to sell out!
Cinnamon was exposed to our 6X Champ Nexxus on 12/2/11 and would be due 11/2/2012. Reproductive Guarantee and 30 day live birth guarantee included. Even though Cinnamon is a proven dam, we always guarantee that ANY of our females are reproductively sound and will produce for you or we will replace them. I am hoping that Cinnamon and Nexxus will produce another cria just like their 2X Color Champion son WGA SunDevil by Nexxus!!!
