This young alpaca was born on San Jacinto Day, an important date in Texas history. It was day that Texas finally won it independence from Mexico after the defeat at the Alamo. While his official name is San Jacinto, we just call him "Jack." Jack is a sweetheart. He is curious and friendly. He has won two third place ribbons in his shows as a juvenile and he is shaping up to have a really nice conformation, with great bone, a trait he inherited from his sire. His staple length was incredible this spring before he was shorn.
