Takota is a striking award winning Lennox son, and full brother to Kohana, a 2011 Color Champion. Takota is the total package with a strong frame and great conformation, as well as fleece that is both very fine and dense.
Takoda is one of those males that gets better as he ages. Judges comments from the showring in 2010 (CABA, AWE, NW Alpaca Showcase) include, “his fleece is dense, uniform, and very fine with a good handle” and “his conformation is well-balanced.”
Takoda's Dam is Chiachina, a Vinci daughter. Vinci is Patagonia's blue ribbon winning white herdsire out of Nishio. Nishio was the 2004 All-American Herdsire and the 2007 Reserve All-American Herdsire. Takoda's sire is Lennox, an 8-time color champion, ranking in the top .5% of all animals biopsied for follicle testing by Dr. Evans
