Michelangelo's Magnum Opus. Opie, as we call him, is growing into a fine young herdsire! Opie's parents are two of the densest animals we have had our hands on! Dr. Norman Evans did a skin biopsy on Michelangelo in the fall of 2005, and according to his results, Michelangelo's density is absolutely unmatched (S/P Ratio of 13.28/1 and follicle density an amazing 107 follicles per sq/mm)! Opie's dam, Cecilia, has fleece density that rivals most herdsires!
Do not let his show career fool you, Opie only went to one show and placed above other males with multiple championships. We have started breeding this 7/8 accoyo medium fawn male to some of our females with cria due next spring! We can't wait to see his offspring!
