Snowmass Peruvian Casanova was the high seller at the 2002 Celebrity Futurity Auction where he sold for an amazing $147,000! He had a micron count of 18.3 at 3.5 years of age and his recent histogram was still under 25 microns at over 9 years of age! Casanova took home the prestigious Futurity Herdsire of the Year honors in 2003 for his outstanding offspring! Not only that, in 2005, the Futurity Dark Herdsire of the Year was a Casanova son, Snowmass Nova, who sold in early 2006 for over $300,000! It's the first time ever that a sire and his progeny have won this prestigious award! With all the Champion progeny that he has produced, what should this little girl produce in the future? Casanova has limited outside breedings.

We had searched long and hard for a grey girl to compliment our foundation girls. We loved the Casanova line and when we came across Annika (while purchasing another female) we just had to have her, after much convincing of her owners to part with her we bought her as a 4 month old cria. We have never looked back. Her cria fleece had amazing crimp, softness and medium density for a grey. Her dam Lady Eleanor who has a micron count of 18.5 is no slouch either. Lady Eleanor's sire is CPeruvian Silvio and her dam is Mysterial out of 5Peruvian Silverado! What great genetics on this girl. Annika has become the farm favorite here.
