same sample from another Australian testing service for $3.50 per

Scour before sending sample: Samples must be cleaned (scoured)
before sending, along with a declaration regarding the cleanliness
and weight of your samples. The cleaning, according to AAFT,
involves soaking your sample in hot water with laundry detergent for
20 seconds, "shake" for 5 seconds in the detergent+hot water, then
rinse under clean hot water. The cleaning process will not affect
their testing.
Sample prep by tester: Samples are washed in a hexane bath prior to
testing.

We do not require scouring for our samples.
We also provide an average fiber profile of microin change over the production period of the sample, list the results on an dedicated owner page on our website www.alpacastats.com which is accessible 24/7 for our clients.
We are now offering follicle testing services (we were the first in the US to offer this service) at $200 a test with the work being done here in the USA.
