* A specified package of alpacas

* A fixed monthly lease payment

* A specific number of months for the lease that will result in the ownership of the alpacas by the Lessee

* Cancellation option for Lessee anytime after 12 months

* Lessee receives full ownership of any alpaca born while lease is in effect (provided lease payments have been paid for a minimum of 12 months)

ORGLE is designed with new breeders in mind. It combines a very unique business opportunity with a high degree of security. New breeders can enter into an ORGLE agreement with the excitement that comes with starting a new alpaca business and the security of knowing that for any reason, they can cancel their ORGLE agreement anytime after 12 months. These factors can go a long way to providing the encouragement a new breeder needs to get started.

Addressing Today’s Breeder’s Needs

By offering an ORGLE, you can reduce your herd size, and with that, your health care and feed costs. Your cash flow will benefit from the regular monthly payments coming in, rather than going out. An ORGLE will separate you from the competition and give you a valuable client who can be a source of repeat business.

Example

A 2 year old pregnant female, 6 year old pregnant female, and 8 year old pregnant female are put in an ORGLE package for $400 per month for 48 months. New breeders enter into your ORGLE agreement, and take the alpacas to their farm. The new breeders take over all costs for care, feeding, veterinary and mortality insurance.

Possible outcomes:

* They stay in the lease for 2 years, in which time they pay you $9,600. They own the 6 crias born during those 2 years and return the 3 girls to you to be ORGLE'd again.

* They stay in the lease for the full 48 month term of the ORGLE. They have paid you $19,200 and they now own the 3 girls and all cria born during the lease.

Keep in mind that ORGLE lease amounts can be anything you want and the lease can be as long as you want.  Put togther a package of 3 champion girls, and you might expect $1,000 per month.  You structure your ORGLE the way you want.

What about Males?

Why not include a male in the package and  let the lessee use him as their own with the ability to breed to their alpacas and sell breedings to others?  This could be the perfect way for you and your client to benefit from that male you aren't using!

Lisa' recommendations:

* Mortality Insurance paid for by lessee

* The ORGLE is a "package" that cannot be separated.

* Substitution in the event of death or inability to conceive

* Lessee takes risk of lost pregnancies (No lease credit given for lost pregnancies or cria death)

* Transportation to lessee as well as from if lease ends to be determined

* Lessor provides lessee with greatly discounted breed-backs during lease.

* Spell out arrangements for repossession in the event of default or cancellation of lease.

* Make sure lessees are ready to accept the responsibility of alpacas.

Members with ORGLE packages will be shown as cutting-edge breeders, rising to the changes required by today’s economy.  Those breeders purchasing an ORGLE Showcase will be shown on the ORGLE Showcase page and will link to your package page.  However, anyone can create an ORGLE package just like creating any other package; just click the ORGLE box when you create it.

 AlpacaStreet.com will feature 1 ORGLE package for each ORGLE purchased by you.  However, you are free to create as many ORGLE packages as you wish that will be able to be seen when anyone visits your farm page.
