is a small farm where individual attention, careful record keeping of each animal's health and breedings, as well as daily maintenance and clean animals is the norm.
We believe in supporting the U.S. economy and only carry products made in the U.S.A from fiber that is grown here as well. We will not carry products made elsewhere. Currently, we offer you the best in alpaca socks that will keep your feet toasty warm, no matter what Mother Nature throws at you, and just added a brand new line of socks specifically made for the golfers in your circle of friends or family. Supply is limited, so get yours while we have them in stock. We now also carry the feltPac insoles made by Worthington Alpacas and Fiber Mill. The sizes are medium and large and they can be trimmed to fit your shoe. Just email or phone us and we can even take your credit card to make payments.
Shearing Day has come and gone and we have the current year's supply of fiber in many colors available. We will be skirting next week if weather permits, then pick, card spin, wash and dye.
We also make hats, scarves, head bands, cell phone cases, purses and now also carry felted shoe inserts, as well as a few items of jewelry made of our hand dyed and felted fiber. Rugs are also an option. Tell us what you would like and we can make it for you.
Any other fibers that may be mixed with our alpaca fiber are also made and grown in the U.S. from a local sheep farm--not from other countries, so give us a ring if you are needing some really unique gifts. Some are knitted, some are needle felted, and some knitted and felted. We also have roving available for those who want to spin or felt themselves.
Our farm maintains memberships in the following organizations: AOBA, ALSA, ARI, and the recently formed CIABA.m Some of our animals will be shown at the Best of the U.S Alpaca show in Columbus, Ohio this month, and next month at the ALSA show at the Huron County Fairground in Norwalk, Ohio. We hope to see some of you there..
