Welcome to Misty Starr Alpacas! We are a family run farm focusing on increasing the quality of alpacas through breeding to improve fleece quality, animal conformation, and health. All of our animals are halter trained and handled on a regular basis. We feel this is important in making the animals easier to care for and makes them look better in the show ring!

Our farm has some of the best genetics you will find. Not only do we have animals from the famous sires; Royal Fawn, Dom Lucilio, Snowmass Arctic Blue, Snowmass Nova but we also have Canadian Grand Champion genetics from HFLSuper Sam and HPAlazam. We have a cria on the way sired by Snowmass King Leonidus. This is key to our philosophy of superior and diverse genetics.

We strongly support new farms and can assist with halter training, fleece preparation, and show ring etiquette. These are areas that can be a challenge for those new to the business and we are here to help!

We are proud of the fact that we process our fiber and offer 100% Made in the USA products! We offer raw fiber, rovings, yarn, felt, needle feltings, needle felting kits, hats, scarves, shawls, pillows, purses, etc.
