PLF Peruvian Cloud of Glory

PLF Peruvian Cloud of Glory is an angel sent from the heavens and she has the ribbons to prove it! This alpaca has the look of a super model stunning face with ripples of curls and eyes lined in black. Glory not only took an impressive 3rd at AOBA Nationals in 2010 in the composite class, but also a BLUE at 2010 Buckeye (always highly competitive Ohio Show) in halter. It is no surprise when we start to dive in and examine what she brings to the table. Starting with the basics her lines include a superior dam, 6Peruvian Black Cloud who was THE finest solid black at import with a 19.2 micron, now at the tender age of 15 she is still under 21!!! So we paired that with one of the most notable Full Peruvian Grey males, Pride of America. Low and behold! Glory was born.
Glory has it going on. She is a solid, heavy boned female wth great square conformation. She is very typey with a full teddy bear head too. Glorys fleece is wellglorious! She is so dense and has all these bundles individually thoughout her blanket that is makes you stop in admiration. She has tiny crimps and shows good fineness and brightness as well.
We have bred Glory to Axtion Jaxon, our newest True Black male on our studrow. We feel that he is incredible and once you see and get your hands on him you will agree. He looks like a 3 or 4 year old at the age of 12. He has no guard hair, is inky black, typey, square and solidoh and a champion producer. With over 100 offspring on the ground he has proven himself to be a consistent producer of color, brightness and lingering fineness. With this pairing we are shooting for Glory to produce a Black or Grey offspring. Oh- and she is currently bred, remaining very easy going. You can get hands, walk on a lead, and do herd health without resistance. Glory is due in late September.
